1) What Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide during checkout and customer support, and certain information automatically when you visit our site.

- Payment details (handled by PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).

- Approximate location derived from IP for fraud-prevention, analytics, and logistics.

- Advertising & Personalization: ad platforms and pixels (e.g., Meta) to measure performance; you can control cookies—see below.
If a provider is located outside your region, your data may be processed in that jurisdiction and subject to its laws. When you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site/app, this Policy no longer applies; review the third party’s privacy policy.
7) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

To exercise rights, email [email protected] and include: your name, the request type (Access/Deletion/Correction/Opt-Out), and the email/phone used with Amplihear. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law. You may also appoint an authorized agent.
12) “Do Not Track”
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT; we do not respond to DNT signals, but you can manage cookies, ad preferences, and state opt-out rights as described above.
13) Children’s Privacy
Our site is intended for individuals over the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law). If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated.
